Work Location : Singapore.
Objective : Assist the customer to manage their entire TIBCO SOA Platform, with architecture and governance, capacity management, service and framework definition, features enhancement, analysis and design for any change request and new features, to help achieve stability with the SOA Platform to support business requirements.
High level Engagement details:
Architecture and Design
Review, define and ongoing enhancements for the hardware architecture to ensure a scalable and stable TIBCO SOA platform
Review, define and ongoing enhancements for the TIBCO application architecture to ensure a scalable and stable TIBCO SOA Platform.
Review existing TIBCO SOA services platform and make recommendations for improvements
Review and define the SOA service architecture that includes definition of atomic services, business services, composite services, channel services, adapter services and IT services, to ensure reusable service architecture.
Support analysis, design and estimation for all enhancement and new requirements, including impact assessment on the existing SOA platform environment.
Regularly review existing framework and propose course corrections to the frameworks
Support and mentor Architecture & Design team to help up skill the overall capability in the team
Define and help implement the design time governance which uses best practices and right integration design patterns
Define and help implement the run time governance to help customer with enhanced SOA platform monitoring
Define and help implement change time governance to ensure best practices are followed
Propose a longer term automated testing and deployment approach
Do regular design and code reviews with the development and Design teams to ensure best practices are understood and followed
